Important Information Before Booking • The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 guests: 3 double beds and 2 bunk beds. The number of guests present must match the reservation (no additional guests). • Check-in is in person only, between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. No check-in or access to the accommodation is available after 10:00 p.m. Check-out must take place by 11:00 AM. Check-in and check-out are handled by the reception team. • A security deposit of €1,000 is required prior to arrival via a credit card authorization, using a secure Stripe payment link sent directly by the host. It will only be charged in the event of damage or failure to comply with the applicable terms and conditions. • Security cameras are installed outdoors only, specifically in the parking area and around the pool. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the property. • The outdoor pool, shared by the villa (3 apartments), is unheated and open from May through October, weather permitting. Children must remain under the constant supervision of an adult. • The property and its outdoor areas are entirely smoke-free. Pets, parties, gatherings, events, and unannounced visitors are not permitted. • The peace and quiet of the neighborhood must be respected, particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. • A visual inspection of the reservation holder’s (and other guests’) identification documents is conducted upon check-in. No copies are retained. Foreign guests must complete the individual police registration form required by French regulations. • Brief maintenance work on the pool or garden may take place during your stay. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by the house rules and pool regulations.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
